Giuseppe has 20 years of experience in private equity with a focus on growth companies in technology and sustainability sectors.
Giuseppe serves on the board of Milan-based plastic/waste/paper recycling business Masotina and has also served on the board of UK-based peaking power plant business PeakGen Power until its exit.
Until 2008 Giuseppe was a General Partner of TLcom Capital, a European venture and growth capital stage firm which was partly sponsored by Morgan Stanley Private Equity. Prior to TLcom, Giuseppe was a Director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson ePlanet Ventures and the first senior member of the European team. Previously he was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley Private Equity in London and a member of the Global Investment Committee, where from 1998 he focused on growth-stage technology investments and where he worked with Sam Abboud. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was a Consultant in the San Francisco office of Bain & Company and an Analyst with Morgan Stanley in London.
Since 2013 Giuseppe is an Advisor to the Investment Committee of the Venture Capital program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Giuseppe holds an MBA from Stanford University and graduated cum laude from Bocconi University where he received a BS in Business Administration.
